Systems that prove the work was done
I build web and mobile systems for regulated work. Inspection and test records captured on site, linked to the right asset and the requirement they satisfy, with an audit trail and reports you can hand to a regulator, auditor or client.
What I build
I take on bespoke system builds for regulated work. Every one has the same aim: each record shows who did the work, when, on which asset, and against which requirement.
Work so far
- Online ordering portal. For a UK branding and label supplier: product configuration, ordering and trade account management. Currently in design, with the requirements, data model and costed build options complete.
- Training application. A structured 12-week programme that logs every session and tracks progress against the plan. It installs from the browser, works offline on a phone, and is backed by a full test suite. Built for my own training.
- Client websites and hosting. Designed, built, hosted and maintained end to end.
- Infrastructure as standard. Every project in Git version control and hosted on Cloudflare.
Why evidence comes first
I've spent five years working on complex, highly technical systems, including radar: fault finding, maintenance records and documented maintenance regimes. That's why everything I build is built around evidence. Who did what, when, against which requirement, and can you prove it.
